1. Forward washing: The so-called forward washing is the normal filtering action, only need to change the valve to the direction of forward washing, after the sewage is pressurized by the booster pump, it is sent to the valve of the sand filter and passes through the multi-way valve After the sand layer is continuously switched, the water enters from the drain cap, flows upward from the center rod, and is finally discharged from the sewage outlet.
2. Backwashing: backwashing is also very simple. Just change the valve to the backwashing direction. The basic operation procedure is the same as the above steps. The water is washed upward from the bottom of the sand layer, so that the sand layer continuously rolls. The accumulated pollutants can be washed away, and finally discharged from the sewage outlet.
3. Operation: The principle is the same as that of the previous washing and backwashing. Since the switching of the multi-way valve can be completed, the water will eventually be discharged from the water outlet.
4. Filtration: first turn the valve to the backwash direction, the water will flush the inside of the equipment from the water inlet through the center rod from bottom to top, and the dirty water is discharged from the sewage outlet. After 10-15 minutes, turn the valve to the direction of washing. The water will be sprayed from the water inlet and flow down from the upper layer of the filter material, so that the remaining dirty water will also be discharged from the sewage outlet.
