There are four kinds of manufacturing processes for stainless steel screens. Divided into tensile
stainless steel screen, flat-top stainless steel screen, corrugated stainless steel screen, crimped stainless steel screen. Flat-top stainless steel screen: High carbon steel and manganese steel are used as raw materials. Its characteristics are wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, high toughness, shock resistance and tensile strength, and it is not disturbed. The screening rate is better than that of steel screens.
is mainly used in large-scale stone processing, asphalt mixing station, coal mine, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries. Stretched stainless steel screen: It is made of stainless steel plate by stamping or stretching, so it is also called stainless steel tensile net or stainless steel steel net, stainless steel punching net. Stainless steel mesh can be used in escalators, passages, mines, locomotives, roads, municipal equipment, and residential quarters.
Corrugated stainless steel screen: There are two kinds of single-wire screen and double-wire screen. The screen penetration rate is better than that of the steel plate screen (with or without edge grinding). The diameter of the double wire is too large and the wire is thin. When used, the elasticity and wear resistance are better than the monofilament heavy screen. The price is lower than the monofilament heavy screen, economical and applicable.
Crimped stainless steel screen: steel wire, stainless steel wire, iron wire, galvanized wire and other materials are rolled first and then knitted, bidirectional bending, bidirectional isolation bending, unidirectional bending. It is braided with plain weave by pre-curved stainless steel wire. Since the metal wire is bent and formed in advance by a die, the metal wire in the two directions can be placed in a relatively correct position, and the mesh size of the crimped wire mesh is different.
