Petroleum stainless steel mesh is mainly divided into two categories: plate and frame stainless steel mesh.

Plate stainless steel mesh is currently the most commonly used oil vibrating screen, which can be widely used in drilling operations under different conditions. The product is usually composed of 2 to 3 layers of stainless steel mesh bonded on a perforated metal liner. At the same time, the screen is attached with a special rubber plug to repair the damage of the screen surface, which can effectively save time and reduce production costs.

The frame stainless steel mesh is a commonly used oil vibrating screen, which is mainly composed of a steel frame and 2 to 3 layers tightly combined on the frame. The frame stainless steel mesh fabric frame is welded by high-strength square steel pipes or flat steels, and is provided with multiple strengthening support ribs. The mesh fabric can be combined with the frame through a metal lining plate, or directly glued to the frame.
