Plate Conveyor Belt can load heavy duty products without any other support it provides a large area for sorting drying or conveying products.

Compared with perforated plate conveyor belt the chain plate conveyor belt has a simpler structure. There is no perforated holes on the plate just plain plate.

Stainless steel chain plate conveyor belt has outstanding chemical stability and high strength which can ensure the long lifespan of the conveyor belt. The thick chain plate can be used to convey the heavy duty products. Additional the chain plate conveyor belt is commonly driven by the chain links which can guarantee the smooth and high efficient working.

Plate conveyor belt can be divided into three types: chain perforated and convex plate conveyor belt. Chain plate conveyor belt can be made into L-shaped U-shaped or rectangular according to the requirement of space. The holes on the surface of perforated plate conveyor belt with good heat dissipation function. Convex plate conveyor belt has protrusions on the surface that provides the product excellent non-slip to prevent product from falling.
